Each license covers a specific number of clinicians:

You can add new team members anytime during your license period at no extra cost, as long as you stay within your license limit. If you need to upgrade to the next tier (e.g., from Small to Mid-Size), we'll pro-rate the difference for the remaining license period.

The curriculum is self-paced. Most providers complete the core modules within 4-6 weeks, though some prefer to spread it over several months. The CE hours can be earned progressively, and certificates are awarded upon module completion.

We're working towards NBCC accreditation that will allow licensed counselors to earn official CEs as well.
